I’ve downloaded your Marena Watercolor Swatches pack and I’m wondering if I can use them to create an editable wedding suite that I’m planning to sell as AI files knowing that I’m going to edit the original designs and mix them with my own in a way that the buyer will not be able to extract the files and have your designs “as is”. Licenses can’t be a hassle sometimes, so I’ll try to keep it straight forward. Short answer, yes you can use the swatches in your creative projects.
But you need to understand a few closure about licensing for your project. End Products must be significantly different than the original Item and require time, effort, and skill to produce. End Products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original Item you purchased. End Products must not redistribute the original Item to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the original Item.
